How do I determine my correct ring size?

The most accurate way to find your size is to visit us in-store for a professional fitting. However, if you are shopping from home, you can use a printable ring sizer or measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own.

How should I care for and clean my jewelry at home?

To keep your pieces shining, we recommend a gentle cleaning every few weeks:Gold & Diamonds: Use warm water, a drop of mild dish soap, and a very soft toothbrush.Pearls & Opals: These are "soft" stones. Wipe them only with a soft, damp cloth and avoid soaking them.Storage: Store pieces individually in fabric-lined pouches to prevent diamonds (the hardest natural substance) from scratching your gold or other gemstones.

Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?

We take ethical sourcing very seriously. All of our diamonds are purchased through the Kimberley Process, ensuring they are conflict-free. We also offer a selection of Lab-Grown Diamonds, which provide the exact same chemical and physical properties as mined diamonds with a smaller environmental footprint.

What is your return and exchange policy?
